Receive many calls from this number, they never leave a message. I have it blocked on my phone but would like to know who it is.

Rich, said that I ( Charmaine) got a loan from America Payday, and Rich said that I never paid it back, Rich stated that I owe $8,500.00 and I never ask or recieved and money or statements saying I got a loan from America Payday and Rich said the Sheriff would come and pick me up and the judge will send me to jail. Have several calls from these guys. Threating to take me to court for a payday loan. Called all origianl creditors, and they don't know who these people are. I called them back and told them that my creditors don't know them and they hang up on me. I called again threating police and attoneys general. They said they didn't care and that they would be calling my employer. But I don't work anymore, haha. This is a scam I think. Don't bother dealing with them. They're over the sea idiots!

they called and threatened me regarding some law suit on me and my spouse and they forced to give my spouse's mobile no and i didn't give. keep on calling don't know what to do
